Just Talk is a place students can join useful sessions of therapy to talk about key life coping skills to help manage day-to-day stress. As a part of the St. Ralph Center, students can receive peer-to-peer talk sessions that can help release whatever is causing them mental discomfort. If the situation requires more in-depth therapy, St. Ralph will connect individuals with the appropriate services needed. Peer-to-peer talk sessions are meeting with a talk time specialist and allowing the individual to talk freely, and someone who has experienced similar experiences. Talk time will be determined by the peer and the talk time specialist. Talk time specialists are here to listen and find resources for any concern that would hinder the student from focusing on their education. Talk time is here to minimize as much stress as possible.
